چکیده
In this paper, we present a novel method to estimate chemical reaction and diffusion rates for biochemical reaction–diffusion dynamics from time series of observations. Our approach leverages iterated particle filtering as means fit high-dimensional stochastic discrete spatiotemporal model sparse data, often with some species in low copy numbers. We demonstrate the feasibility on three realistic systems. each case, recovered known true values all rate parameters great degree accuracy.

On the calculation of Fisher information for quantum parameter estimation based on the stochastic master equation
The Fisher information can be used to indicate the precision of parameter estimation by the quantum Cramér-Rao inequality. This paper presents an efficient numerical algorithm for the calculation of Fisher information based on quantum weak measurement. According to the quantum stochastic master equation, the Fisher information is expressed in the form of log-likelihood functions. Three main met...
متن کاملParameter Estimation for Black-Scholes Equation
The Black-Scholes equation is a hallmark of mathematical finance, and any study of this growing field would be incomplete without having seen and understood the logic behind this equation. The initial focus of this paper will be to explore the arguments leading to the equation and the financial background necessary to understand the arguments. The problem of estimating the only parameter which ...
متن کاملParameter Estimation of Stochastic Differential Equation
Non-parametric modeling is a method which relies heavily on data and motivated by the smoothness properties in estimating a function which involves spline and non-spline approaches. Spline approach consists of regression spline and smoothing spline. Regression spline with Bayesian approach is considered in the first step of a two-step method in estimating the structural parameters for stochasti...
متن کاملParameter Estimation of Partial Differential Equation Models.
Partial differential equation (PDE) models are commonly used to model complex dynamic systems in applied sciences such as biology and finance. The forms of these PDE models are usually proposed by experts based on their prior knowledge and understanding of the dynamic system. Parameters in PDE models often have interesting scientific interpretations, but their values are often unknown, and need...
